Cost of hiring Atherington Pavilion
Atherington Pavilion costs £25.00 for the first 2 hours of the booking. Each subsequent hour costs £10.00. The use of the kitchen facilities are included in the hire charge. However if you require use of the cookers, dishwasher or table ware there is an additional charge of £30.00. There is an additional 'No Damage Bond' of £100.00 for larger events of 30 people or more. Stage/Disco Lighting hire cost is £5.00 with a deposit of £10.00 per light.
Building information
The building size is 4m x 9m x 18m (plus a 1 metre veranda) and all entrances are step free access.
Atherington Pavilion is the only building on the playing field and it is positioned at the top southern end of the field.
The Pavilion can accommodate bookings for a maximum of 60-70 if seated at tables, or 100 seated inside without tables.
Users should be aware that bookings with high numbers could potentially cause parking issues, especially if the people attending were arriving by car, as the car park capacity is about 25 cars. If it is dry, it is possible to create overflow parking behind the goal posts, but this is very much dependent on weather.
Kitchen facilities include crockery and cutlery for 100 covers e.g. dinner plates, dessert or soup bowls, side plates, tea cups and saucers, dinner knives, forks, tea, dessert and soup spoons. Available for use are a microwave, 2 Gas cookers, Hot water urn, Kettle, Fridge, Freezer and Dishwasher.
Atherington Pavilion has a Multimedia Projector (suitable for laptops etc) as well as a Blu-Ray player and 7.1 surround sound system.
Also available for hire are 4 stage/disco lights. These are 2 x Equinox MicroPar Bar and 2 x Equinox MicroBar COB Systems. The lights provide a more attractive softer lighting to Atherington Pavilion. These lights can be used independentely or are DMX compatible with your own controller.
We have both Ladies and Gents toilets. A disabled toilet with changing facilities. The building has Central heating which can be turned on prior to booking time by arrangement.
Outdoor facilities
Outdoor facilities include the playing field which has 2 goals and nets, a Multi sports area (Tarmac), Basketball hoops and Netball hoops.
A Rebound wall and enclosure fencing.
Sports equipment is available to use on the playing field. The equipment includes a Cricket set (including helmets and gloves), Netballs and posts, Cones and markers, Footballs, Tennis net, tennis balls and rackets.
For use indoors there is a Table tennis table.

An enclosed children's play area is to the side of the playing field and includes :
A Toddlers 'Bo-peep' Multi play Unit (with tunnel and slide) Timber Climbing frame (slide, monkey bars) Swings (including inclusive bucket swing, harness available on request). A large slide Slide (5.5m) and a ‘Cockerel’ rock and roll see-saw.
A Zip wire for young adults is avaialble within our expanding woodland area.
